Questions agents ask
Where do the market numbers come from?
From the local sources you choose, like your MLS, your association's monthly report or your brokerage's stats. You tell us each source and the period its numbers cover, and every flyer prints a credit line such as "Based on information from [your source] for the period [from] through [to]. Deemed reliable but not guaranteed." If your MLS requires exact wording, we print it word for word. We only need finished, market-level numbers, never your MLS login or raw listing exports.
Will another agent in my city get the same flyer?
No. Each month, every agent in an area gets a different palette and artwork, and the layout of the art is generated for you.
What do I need to upload?
A clear headshot (JPG, PNG or WebP, at least 300 px) and your company logo. A PNG with a transparent background looks best, but a regular logo works too.
Can I print it?
Yes. You get a letter-size (8.5 × 11 in) print-ready PDF and a high-resolution PNG for email and social.
Is my area covered?
